Eastern Cuba
Eastern Cuba. I traveled to Santiago de Cuba, Baracoa, Remedios and Camagüey. These towns are near the eastern end of Cuba. I walked through the streets and the people invited me into their homes. Although they were very poor they were extremely warm and friendly. Baracoa was hit very hard by hurricane Mathew. Many people lost their homes but their spirits were still high. Very much like Havana, these towns appeared to be stopped in time, I was still surprised by the amount of horse and carriages I saw.
